Position : *PAUT INSPECTOR*
Experience : 8+ year's
We are seeking a qualified PAUT (Phased Array Ultrasonic Testing) Inspector to join our ongoing Project The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting inspections and assessments using advanced ultrasonic testing methods to ensure the integrity and safety of equipment and structures. This role is crucial for maintaining compliance with industry standards and project specifications.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct Inspections:
Perform PAUT inspections on various materials and components as per project requirements.
Evaluate and interpret results to identify defects or anomalies.
Documentation:
Prepare detailed inspection reports, including findings and recommendations.
Maintain accurate records of all inspections conducted.
Work closely with project engineers and quality assurance teams to ensure compliance with project specifications.
Provide technical support and guidance to field personnel regarding PAUT procedures.
Quality Control:
Ensure all testing equipment is calibrated and maintained to industry standards.
Assist in the development of quality control procedures for PAUT inspections.
Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures while performing inspections.
Qualifications:BE/Diploma Engineering
Certification in *PCN PAUT preferred* or *ASNT PAUT*
Experience in ultrasonic testing, preferably in industrial applications.
Knowledge of relevant codes and standards (e.g., ASTM, ASME, API).
Preferred Skills:
Experience with other NDT methods (e.g., RT, MT, PT) is a plus.
Proficient in using inspection software and data analysis tools.
Ability to lift and carry inspection equipment as needed.
*UAE / GCC Valid Driving License is a plus for this position*.
Job Location – *Abu Dhabi – Habshan site* (onshore)
Salary :
Total Salary for 10 Hours AED 13,000/month
Food, Accommodation and Transportation – Provided by Client
Yearly one month paid vacation
We will provide visa, air ticket and insurance.
Duration – *Two year extendable*
Duty Hours - 10 hours/day and 6 days a week
