Audi's MEP (Modular Efficient Program)

Audi's MEP to get two new technologies : The first comes in the form of an energy recovery system while decelerating or braking to feed the electrical systems. The other thechnology comes in the form of the now well known start stop mechanism. Audi claims that this technology will lower fuel consumption by 0.2% per 100 km therby reducing the CO2 emissions by upto 0.5%
